Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd first began training in combat sports when she was 14 years old. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she had her first professional fight against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd later went on to win three fights in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the opponents she defeated had been defeated in the first five minutes. After that, she returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was first beaten by Silvia Babyghian before going on to fight Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 in which she took on Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was superior to Aspen in the fight, beating her by unanimous vote. Cynthia's record as an amateur was damaged. Ladd rebounded from the loss to defeat Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen made her debut with Invicta FC in 2015 to start her journey as a pro. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the first round by TKO. Her next bout was a win with Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission, and then moved up to bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen used her wrestling expertise to take out McGill via TKO in the third round (elbows and punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at the catchweight (138.1lb), as Ladd did not have enough weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. Aspen won her fight via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC 21, she won her final fight with the promotion by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina as she ground-and-pound beat her to an TKO victory in the second round. Her next fight, against Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd took on Evinger with a punch during the initial round, and was awarded the Bonus Performance of the Night. Her first major fight in The UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd was victorious in an unanimous decision in some great exchanges among the pair of fighters, was awarded an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in the third at UFC 7 at ESPN. In a recent match replacement for UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. She lost the fight via unanimous decision.
